Just had an amazing visit to the lounge. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, the seating area and toilets were immaculate. Good drinks options, breakfast was scrambled egg, bacon, plently of bread and pastries. Tea and coffee. A really nice, relaxed, clean space.

We had a fantastic experience at the Causeway Lounge at Belfast International Airport and wanted to give a special mention to Aoife, who was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Aoife was so friendly, welcoming and professional. What really stood out to us was watching how she handled some particularly difficult customers. She remained calm and professional throughout, treating everyone with kindness and respect while still keeping a lovely, friendly smile on her face. It was genuinely impressive to see. Customer-facing roles aren't always easy, but Aoife is a real credit to the Causeway Lounge. Her patience, professionalism and warm personality really stood out and helped create such a welcoming atmosphere. Excellent service and a lovely start to our journey. Thank you, Aoife — your hard work definitely doesn't go unnoticed! ✈️❤️
