What's included
The lounge page on LoungEasy lists:
- Hot and cold food, snacks and fresh fruit
- Alcoholic and soft drinks
- Free Wi-Fi, flight screens and television
- Newspapers and magazines, air conditioning and disabled access
Glasgow Airport describes a hot breakfast and lunch buffet, including a Scottish breakfast, alongside cold options such as sandwiches, seasonal soup, salads and charcuterie. Beer, wine and spirits are included, with complimentary alcoholic drinks limited to four per person, and prosecco and champagne are available to buy. The lounge also has charging points, workstations and views of the runway.
Travelling with children
The UpperDeck has a dedicated play area for younger travellers, which makes it a good choice for families on an early holiday flight. If you're unsure what your children need, contact LoungEasy's support team before you book.
Is the Glasgow Airport lounge worth it?
It suits early departures, when a cooked breakfast and a seat away from the busy departure lounge are welcome, and longer waits when you would otherwise buy food and drinks in the terminal. With a three-hour limit and the lounge closing at 20:30, it works best for morning and daytime flights. If you reach security less than an hour before boarding, you'll get less out of a pass.
Other lounges at Glasgow
Glasgow also has the Lomond Lounge, and airline lounges for eligible British Airways and Emirates passengers. The UpperDeck is the Glasgow lounge you can book on LoungEasy.
