JFK Lounges by Terminal: Which Ones Sell Day Passes

JFK lounges are spread across several terminals, and many of them only admit passengers with the right ticket, status or card. This guide, part of our guide on where to buy airport lounge access in the US and Canada, lists the lounges at New York JFK you can book with a day pass on LoungEasy, terminal by terminal, plus one at LaGuardia. Each is listed at €55 per person at the time of writing (September 2026).

JFK lounges you can book at a glance

  • Terminal 1: Air France Lounge, KAL Lounge, Primeclass Lounge, Turkish Airlines Lounge and VIP One, which is landside, before security
  • Terminal 4: Air India Maharaja Lounge and HelloSky Lounge
  • LaGuardia: Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge in Terminal B

JFK's terminals are separate buildings, so you can only use a lounge in the terminal your flight leaves from. The JFK lounges page on LoungEasy lists all seven with their directions, opening hours and amenities.

A day pass covers one visit for one traveler on the day of your flight, with the food, drinks and facilities the lounge lists. A few extras cost more, such as the conference room at the KAL Lounge.

Terminal 1 lounges

Terminal 1 handles many long-haul international flights, including those of Air France, Korean Air and Turkish Airlines, and it has five of the seven JFK lounges you can book.

Air France Lounge

The Air France Lounge at JFK is near the Air France boarding area by gate 1 and is listed as open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. It lists showers, alcoholic and soft drinks, free Wi-Fi, television, and newspapers and magazines, which makes it a good choice before an evening flight to Europe.

KAL Lounge

Korean Air's KAL Lounge is on the right after security, opposite gate 3. It is listed as open from 9:30 p.m. to 12:50 a.m., so it only suits late-evening departures, and it lists showers, snacks, alcoholic and soft drinks, free Wi-Fi and a conference room at extra cost.

Primeclass Lounge

The Primeclass Lounge in JFK Terminal 1 is between gates 8 and 9. It lists hot and cold food with vegetarian options, snacks and fresh fruit, alcoholic and soft drinks, showers, computers and printing, free Wi-Fi and flight screens.

Turkish Airlines Lounge

The Turkish Airlines Lounge at JFK is on the right after security and is listed as open from 9 a.m. to 12:10 a.m. Its amenities list is long: hot and cold food with halal and vegetarian options, fresh fruit, a family room, a prayer room, runway views, a conference room, baggage storage, printing and free Wi-Fi.

VIP One (FastTrack included)

VIP One at JFK works differently from the other lounges: it is landside, before security, on the departures level (level 2) behind counters E and F. Its listing on LoungEasy includes FastTrack, and VIP One describes direct access to the security checkpoint from its lounge. It is listed as open from 8 a.m. to midnight and serves hot and cold food, fresh fruit, champagne and other drinks.

Terminal 4 lounges

Terminal 4 is Delta's main terminal at JFK and also serves many international airlines, including Air India. Two of its lounges can be booked with a day pass.

Air India Maharaja Lounge

The Air India Maharaja Lounge is above gate A5, next to the Emirates and Virgin lounges, and is listed as open from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. It lists hot and cold food with vegetarian options, fresh fruit, alcoholic and soft drinks, free Wi-Fi, and newspapers and magazines.

HelloSky Lounge

The HelloSky Lounge at JFK is next to gate A2 and is listed as open 24 hours, the only JFK lounge on LoungEasy that never closes. It serves hot and cold food, fresh fruit and snacks, alcoholic and soft drinks, and has free Wi-Fi and TV.

LaGuardia: Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge

Flying from LaGuardia instead? You can book the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge at LaGuardia, in Terminal B on level 3. It is listed as open from 4:30 a.m. to 8:15 p.m. and lists runway views, printing, snacks, alcoholic and soft drinks and free Wi-Fi. The LaGuardia lounges page has the directions.

Which JFK lounge should you book?

  • Before security: VIP One is the only landside option, with FastTrack included in its listing.
  • Showers before a long flight: the Air France Lounge, the KAL Lounge and the Primeclass Lounge in Terminal 1 all list showers.
  • Families: the Turkish Airlines Lounge lists a family room.
  • Late departures: the KAL Lounge is listed until 12:50 a.m., the Turkish Airlines Lounge until 12:10 a.m. and VIP One until midnight.
  • Any time in Terminal 4: the HelloSky Lounge is listed as open 24 hours.

JFK Terminal 1 is changing

JFK is in the middle of a major rebuild. The New Terminal One is now expected to open in the first quarter of 2027, and the current Terminal 1 is due to be demolished once its first phase opens. The Terminal 1 lounges in this guide are in the existing terminal, so if your airline moves, check the lounges in your new terminal before you book.

Other lounges at JFK

JFK has many other lounges, run by airlines and card programs for their eligible passengers and members, each with its own entry rules. The seven lounges in this guide are the ones you can book with a day pass on LoungEasy.

How to book a JFK lounge

  1. Check your terminal on your booking or boarding pass.
  2. Choose a lounge in that terminal on LoungEasy and add each traveler: the total is shown before you pay.
  3. Show your booking and boarding pass at the lounge desk.

Booking ahead secures your visit, as lounges can stop admitting walk-in guests when they are full. LoungEasy passes are non-refundable unless they are marked as refundable at checkout, and if a lounge refuses entry even though your pass is valid, you are refunded once the refusal is confirmed with the operator.
