Airside - After the security checkpoint, go past the duty free shops, continue to the boarding gates and turn left towards gate 54. Take the elevator next to the Maison Kayser restaurant and the lounge entrance is located downstairs.

    Some of these people are trippin with their one star reviews. Lounge is very small yes but so much better than being corralled in the main section of Terminal 3. Food was great, service excellent. They offered us drinks and cleaned up plates every time they came around. This isn’t the JFK Delta One lounge so relax and lower your expectations. We are AMEX Plat holders. We did not pay for entry for two people. Would definitely return.

    Limited food but perfect place to chill at while waiting for your flight. The sparkling wine is also very good !

    They obviously don’t have much space to work in but food is food and they still have plenty of lounging area. People just out here complaining over nothing don’t let it deter you from coming 👍

    Start by remembering you're at an average airport lounge. This isn't a first class-only lounge where your ticket cost $10k. With that in mind, I thought this lounge was well worth the money (I bought a 3-hour pass at the entrance). The highlight was the staff- at the bar, cleaning constantly around the space, and very friendly! Even spoke English which was an unnecessary but nice thing for any of us who struggle with Spanish! 10/10 for the staff. The food is good. It is clearly well prepared and sanitary. It's lounge food- unlimited and exactly what you should expect. Same for the drinks. If for some reasons you have no interest in unlimited food & drinks, I would still recommend it for the very comfortable seating & charging outlets everywhere. For those with dogs or pets, it was a ln excellent experience. I didn't pay attention to their cat policy, but my little french bulldog was welcome to join me in the lounge, even outside of her carrier. Just bring your own bowl for water. Will come back next time I fly out of cancun. Overall: well worth it for the money.
