    Had A wonderful visit in the lounge , awaiting our flight to Zante. Every member of staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Great selection of snacks and beverages, also the hot selection was very tasty. Quite environment. Intend to book in the future.

    We always book the lounge at airports these days as it's cheaper than buying meals and snacks whilst waiting for a flight and much more comfortable. Our recent flight to Rhodes from Cardiff was delayed by a few hours but the staff in the lounge were amazing, not only serving us food but keeping us informed about the flight and not being overly rigid about the length of time we spent in the lounge as a result of the delay. Great customer service.

    Very nice lounge with good service. The pay-for-entry was crowded while the business class area was practically empty. Nice with the Welsh whisky 🥃

    Well I'm genuinely surprised at how great this lounge is, after reading reviews I almost didn't visit. The lounge has plenty of space, relaxed vibe (especially compared to the bar outside) and such a nice group of friendly staff. I'm really impressed with the effort they've gone to showcase Welsh produce - Hard Lines coffee, Welsh tea, Tan-y-castell Welsh cakes, lovely Bara Brith, Mario's Ice cream and Vale of Glamorgan craft beer, Penderyn spirits and a delicious Welsh made Jamaican patty. I also love the fact they have filter coffee available. There's not many lounges that make such an effort with their produce. Can't wait to fly from Cardiff again just to revisit this lounge.
