    This place is a no-brainer. $55 NZD walk-in entry - basically what a burger and drink costs in the main terminal, and half what you'd pay elsewhere. Great hot food selection, wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, plenty of workspaces, spotlessly clean amenities, and right next to the departure gates. Best value airport lounge I've used. 5 stars.

    One of the most satisfying airport lounges I’ve ever visited. Manaia Lounge at Christchurch International Airport is very spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. There are plenty of food and beverage options available, although for me, I could only choose from the halal-friendly options. Overall, a very pleasant lounge experience with a great atmosphere and plenty of space to relax before a flight.

    Had a fabulous breakfast and lunch there on separate occasions. The floor manager was very kind and helpful. Priority Pass is worth every cent. Enough seating for us on both trips. Just a question for those bemoaning about the worn "1980s" style room. This was purpose built many years ago for long use. A full fit out would be impossible overnight and no doubt you'll give it One Star for being closed over the build period, so just eat your meal, enjoy the wifi and shut up.
