We had a fantastic experience in this lounge. One of the best we have visited . The customer service was great as we experienced difficulties with our card access. Melda Dev and Ecemikra Aysel assisted us in resolving our issues and making our stay comfortable

No idea why so many bad reviews, I thought the place was very nice. Plenty of food selection, lots of drinks. All pretty decent. Not crowded at all. Friendly staff.
