I had come across quite a few negative reviews about this lounge before visiting, so I honestly didn’t have very high expectations. Still, I decided to give it a try since it was the only lounge available at Bali International Airport. To my surprise, the experience was actually much better than expected. The food was really good, the ambience was pleasant, and the overall lounge was comfortable. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Personally, I couldn’t find anything particularly negative about the experience. In fact, I was quite surprised to see so many negative reviews, as my experience was completely different. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and definitely better than what I had expected based on the reviews.

They just open new lounge 2 weeks ago. It's very nice lounge, quite, and the food is pretty nice. There is wifi as well. Unfortunately the bathroom not yet ready
