Excellent customer service from the team led by Abongile and Jennilyn. Very kind and considerate staff who went out of their way to make me comfortable after a long delay between my connecting flights. Minor comment would be that the sleeping rooms could be better sound-proofed as the background 'elevator' music of the lounge is quite audible within the rooms and can disturb sleep for light sleepers. Perhaps offering ear plugs or turning the music off at night time could be an option. Also the sleeping rooms are a bit pricey for the size and configuration on offer.
