How to get there
Dublin International Airport (DUB)
Airside - After passport control, proceed through passenger screening and through The Loop retail zone. Take the escalator or lift down to the lounge which is located after turning right on the Airline lounge Level. Follow directional signage. The lounge is not available after US Preclearance.

Yes, there was a line to get in this afternoon, but that way the lounge is able to maintain a tolerable density of people for those that are inside. Plus the front desk attendant was very accommodating and helpful with my special request.

My expectations were met. It provided a good respite from the terminal and had good food and drink - all in well replenished quantities. Continental breakfast is a-ok at 4 am!

I base this review on one particular employee: Isabel. I arrived after a harrowing and very long flight. All I really wanted was a a shower. Isabel took me in hand and gave me updates as to when the shower was available. I was so appreciative! ❤️ I just returned to the lounge today -- a week later. Isabel rembered me and greeted me with a big smile. The lounge itself is just meh, as far as food and drink options. It gets the job done

The overall rating of 2.9 is unfair. This lounge serves a large number of bank cards + DUB being a popular hub = queues. Get on the wait list and do check in with them when it is time, because text alert systems can fail. A decent environment to spend the time. Tomato soup hit the spot, quality ingredients and Guiness, limit 2 drinks pls, and 2 hrs of peace
