Very good experience, food is good. Special recognition and appreciation for Suzie front desk and Amy Mitchell server. Both are very helpful and supportive, Amy Mitchell is very caring towards guests. We liked their customer centric attitude,

We had a lovely experience at the Escape Lounge\. The food was really good as always, with plenty of choice, and the drinks selection was fantastic especially having fizz on tap🥂 A special mention has to go to Susie and the lovely Portuguese gentleman working with her. I am so sorry I’ve forgotten his name.. They were both so friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy, which really made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s the friendly staff and great atmosphere, along with the good food and drinks, that make the Escape Lounge such a great place to relax before a flight\. We’ll definitely be back.

Excellent value for money. Very pleasant atmosphere to relax before a flight. Attentive staff and plenty of choice of drinks and food. Ambient music in the background that's not to loud. A really nice way to start any holiday.
