Profissionais educados e atenciosos. Local muito agradável, organizado e limpo. Parabéns ao Latitude Vip Lounge e ao C6 Bank .... A experiência foi muito melhor do que o outro lounge do Itaú, que fazem o marketing mas é pura burocracia para usar e super confuso, não liberam crianças pequenas, só marketing mesmo...

Amei minha experiencia na sala vip. Era bem limpa. Na parte do buffet tinha opção de varios cafés, os salgados eram variados e estavam quentes e tbm tinha porções de comidas.

Só tenho elogios a fazer!! Estava em viagem de turismo e no acesso a sala vip esqueci um casaco ao sair para o embarque. Como só dei falta da peça dentro do avião não pude voltar, mas liguei no lounge e o recepcionista Pedro Ortega moveu céus e terra para que eu pudesse recuperar o casaco. Muito educado, atencioso foi o meu anjo da guarda!! Por mais pessoas como o Pedro no atendimento ao público!! Nota 1.00 para o Pedro!!👏👏👏
