The lounge is massively upgraded compared to the previous T2 version. It is now much more spacious and bright, with upgraded food selection and inside bathroom. I love that I could enjoy Flammkuchen here. On top of that, the guy who was doing the cleaning was really friendly and greeted everyone courteously. Even 10 minutes before closing, they still restocked the Flammkuchen. Overall, highly recommended. You can enter with Priority Pass.

We almost didn't go here because of all the bad reviews but I am glad we went. Yes the atmosphere reminds you of the 90s but everything else was really nice! The man in the entrance was very kind and the food was surprisingly good! There's a selection of salad, ham and cheese, and even a gluten free bread option which is unheard of in Germany in most places. The warm food was also good, chicken with beans and rice. Yes it's basic, but the taste was really alright! There's plenty of different wines and other foods like fruits and candy, and the tables and chairs were clean. So if you can live with the not so fancy atmosphere it's definitely better to come here then to sit in the sad terminal that terminal 2 is.

Wow food is delicious and plentyful, the desserts section is well stocked and a vast variety, fridges full of drinks and good quality wine, I always look forward to transferring thru CDG. Only negative is the room temperature is always very hot..! A+++++++++++++
