Le meilleur salon à Genève, avec le salon BA. Tout près des portes C dans la nouvelle aile. Joli agencement et buffet très correct pour un business lounge.

I have to admit, I was quite prejudiced after reading some of the reviews, but I still wanted to try the Marhaba Lounge myself. I believe Emirates should never compromise on quality, wherever you are in the world. I arrived around 3 PM and was pleasantly, after That surprised by the good variety of wines (6 types of wine including 1 bottle of prosecco) and liqueurs. I specifically tried the hummus and avocado as it was mentioned several times in the reviews, and the quality was good for Geneva - I must admit that Europe is not comparable to Middle East at any level in terms of hospitality and this is quite good. Of course, you shouldn’t expect Michelin-star level from an airport lounge, but overall I found the food enjoyable, yet simple. Perhaps Some Asian or protein rich Healthy options can be increased. One thing I noticed was that after around 4 PM, some of the food options started to be removed gradually. Perhaps this was part of the lounge’s closing preparations, but there were still guests arriving and they were left with fewer options than those who arrived earlier. The lounge has large, comfortable seating areas designed in different styles, giving you plenty of space and a nice atmosphere. The staff also appeared very attentive, cautious and caring throughout my visit. One area that could definitely be improved is the departure information. The departure board is not sufficiently visible or easily available from all the lounge seating areas. Luckily, I received a notification through my airline app and was able to move to the gate at the last minute. Without the app notification, it could have been easy to miss the boarding information as you are enjoying. Having lived in the UAE for almost 8 years, I already felt a little bit at home. 😊 I’m happy I gave the lounge a chance despite the reviews, and I would definitely be happy to come back again. 5++ stars from me 🌟
