Calm & peaceful atmosphere, they have recliner seats aswell. Staff were helpful while trying multiple cards. No crowd at lounge. Tasty food with a limited menu, but everything in food tastes good and was moderate hot aswell. Unlike in other lounges in India where food doesn't tastes good, this lounge's food taste good. Verdict:- 1 star by people whose card didn't work, 5 star by people whose card worked. There is no point bashing staff if ur card doesn't work, these are simple employees who are working hard for living with nothing to do with the bank giving u a lounge access or not.

Quiet, comfortable lounge. Nothing fancy - it has decent food, big seats, charging ports, and service is alright. The lounge is uncrowded. My recommendation to the staff is that they turn off/mute the TV and play lounge music instead.
