The whole point of having Amex or Priority Pass is to feel like you are being looked after and have somewhere to relax. Initially a hassle booking in as once upon a time you could wave an Amex Platinum card and they would take a note of the number. After fiddling about with apps and finding my Priority Pass we got in and were able to sit down and relax for an hour. Some reviews on here I don't think paint a fair picture. The lounge is smaller than other Amex lounges in Europe but far nicer than sitting outside with all the noise and general public. Plenty of drinks were available, soft non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages as well. Sandwiches, fruit, biscuits all of which were replenished regularly. The only major downside was clearly some member of staff at the airport had made the mistake of giving into the vile behaviour of a group of passengers who looked like they belonged on a run down council estate. They were given access to the lounge as compensation for a flight running late after 5 hours to try to keep them quiet. All they did typically was gorge on all they could including the alcohol like locusts! What is the point in paying for priority membership when they let people like this into the lounge! Fortunately it was toward the end of our stay there as we could leave 10 mins afterwards to catch our flight. Separately no WiFi problems and the lady on the desk was nice and polite.
