Peak hours may require guest queued. Instead the team will suggest guests to Jasmine Halal lounge. Several tropical fruits, Asian cuisines, and alcohols are available. Afternoon Sundays they are busy. I visited there many times. There are only two lounges for the cardholders of Priority Pass at the international T2 terminal.

The whole staff is very friendly , helpful and courteous, including Cao Quy, Thao Nhi, Doan Vy, Dang Linh, Thuy Dung , Nguyen Quynh and Al. I like all the foods in the Rose lounge. Today , they have Hanoi chicken noodles ( bún thang) , sweet rice, Korean noodles, pandas porridge and condiments, ….and the best petite Vietnamese sandwiches.

The Hoi A style noodles I had today were great, but the exceptional service by the here who also helped make this delicious Banh mi needs to get a shoutout! The lounge is very nice and clean and has wonderful food selection. I’ve been fortunate to be able to use the lounge twice during my layovers and I had a great time both times. All the staff of Rose today do awesome hospitality (Thao Nhi - Vy - Dung - Quy - Linh - Quynh) lovely team I highly recommend to global customers come to try!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Rose Lounge. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive, especially from the staff who were always happy to help and made me feel very welcome. The food was delicious, with a good variety of choices, and everything was well presented. I also really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, and pleasant background music. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quiet time before my flight. Thank you to the Rose Lounge team for the excellent service and hospitality. I truly enjoyed my time here and would be happy to visit again!
