The lounge is clean and well kept. The people here were very nice and attentive. Murray was one who we interacted with and she was stellar. Food was good, I wasn't looking for a meal but ended up full! Coffee was also very good.

Clean lounge with plenty of seating options. Food and drinks served aplenty. Marie did a fabulous job with sharing information, directing us to seats and clearing dishes

Exceptional care and comfort for elderly passenger – 5 stars!” We recently traveled with Air France from Houston to Paris, and then from Paris to Bombay, accompanying an 85-year-old elderly family member who is unable to walk. I must say, we were truly impressed with the care and attention provided by the airline throughout the journey. From the moment we checked in, the ground staff and flight crew handled everything with patience and professionalism. Special assistance was seamless — wheelchairs were ready, and staff were attentive, gentle, and respectful. The in-flight service was excellent, with delicious food and friendly crew members who checked in frequently to ensure comfort. Air France truly went above and beyond to make the journey smooth and dignified. Highly recommended for families traveling with elderly passengers. We are very thankful for this wonderful experience — 5 stars without a doubt!
