My first visit to the Flynas Lounge (Nasmile Lounge), and overall it was a pleasant experience. The ambiance is relaxing, the seating is comfortable, and the lounge provides a good space to unwind before a flight. I understand that this lounge mainly serves domestic travelers, so I wasn’t expecting an extensive hot food selection. The variety of food available was acceptable, though there is room for improvement in terms of freshness. The bread did not seem freshly baked and became quite hard after heating. The salad also appeared less fresh, with some darkened portions of lettuce that suggested it had been sitting out for some time. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the chicken shawarma, which was flavorful and satisfying. What truly stood out during my visit was the excellent service. The Filipino staff members were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and professional. Their warm hospitality significantly enhanced the overall experience and deserves special recognition. With a few improvements to the freshness and quality of some food items, this lounge could offer an even better experience for its guests.
