    I had the opportunity to meet Chef Daniel Gomes. The food looks good and tasted yummy. Truly a remarkable experience there.

    My friend and I were departing Nepal after a beautiful trek - Langtang Valley. We decided to relax at the Radisson Lounge, after passport control/before security, since our departing flight was delayed. The lounge itself offers a mix of options, both local and foreign. However, the beauty is that they also support orders from the Radisson Restaurant, which is right next door (it has a separate menu, but it can be ordered from, as long as items are available, at no extra charge). We ordered a Greek salad and an BBQ chicken wings, which were excellent. Prior to these items, we also orders a Nepalese airport take on Ramen, which was not as traditional, but still very good!!! Finally, we were served extremely well by our waitress, Sayana. She held a high level of attention to detail, and was very pleasant to deal with. Thank you so much!

    午前4時に空港の建物にに入って、一通り手続きを終えてラウンジに向かいました。 この空港には隣り合わせで２つのラウンジがあるのですが、入り口付近に男性が立っていて、ラウンジ行く？カード(priority pass)持ってる？こっちはこうでこっちは落ち着くところだよ、と親切に教えてくれました。 今まで海外の空港ラウンジもたくさん行ったことがありますが、こんな風に入口で優しく勧誘されたのは初めてです。 じゃあ、落ち着く方がいいかなと思ってこちらにしました。 1階で荷物を預かってもらって2階へ。 落ち着いた感じのラウンジで、数種類の食べ物もあり、お酒もあって良かったです。 ただ、早朝の便だったので、あまり時間がなくてあまりゆっくりできませんでしたが、食べ物では日本でいう焼きそばが、特にとても美味しかったです。 やや小さめのラウンジですが、スタッフの男性がチケット見せてください、boarding時間ですよと親切に教えてくれたりして、みんな優しい人たちばかりでとても良かったです。
