De los mejores salones VIP que he estado, servicio excepcional, la comida de calidad, bien ordenada y el lugar nuevo y muy limpio en general. Ambiente callado y tranquilo, con varias pantallas y áreas para lo que necesites.

Sala fantástica! Não é grande, mas comida de boa qualidade, bebidas muito boas e um atendimento absolutamente impecável. A sala Copa Club no Panamá deveria fazer um estágio aqui :)

This is a game changer! Someone had recommended this service to us for our arrival and departure, and I'm so glad we purchased it! Tamara (Lewis) greeted us off the plane and walked us through everything. She was so kind! The process was smooth and you get to by pass the line. We were served by Nickeshia in the arrival lounge, and she was also lovely and kind. When we came back to leave, the process was also easy. They have signs in the airport telling you where to enter. The airport departure lounge was huge. It has comfortable seating, clean bathrooms, outlets to charge your electronics. The entire lounge was clean and the food was great! Melissa was our hostess, and she was kind. I can say all the employees were friendly, had positive energy and made the experience even more better. I would definitely purchase this again. Also, let me praise the customer service team. I had to change the flight time a lot because of unexpected issues, and they were so accommodating!

One of the best airport lounges I've used, and I've been to many: fabulous, freshly prepared, delicious food with ingredients listed; super-friendly, attentive and helpful staff; spacious, quiet (6pm on a Monday evening) and comfortable. Very, very good.
