Highly recommended for those with long-haul flights with long layovers. We booked rooms at the KLIA2 Airside branch, which was easy to locate, just right before the Q gates of international departures. Our attendant, Sharena, was friendly and accommodating to my husband and I, and gave us a kit of amenities and assigned our beds next to each other. The bed & beddings were comfortable, there was sufficient space to store your personal items if you just have carry-on's, and the shower is spacious with heating. We had a good shower and full rest before our next flight. 😊

The place was kept clean fresh and the able to rest well for 6 hrs. Accomdoation entry was easy and the reception was very helpful. She even made my wife and my room almost at the same place without me asking for it which is great. Place was kept silent and includes toiletries and ear plugs. The room includes weighted blanket which is great
