Fantastic service here. My husband had a problem with his Dragon Pass account on the phone and Lilliana at the desk helped sort it out fantastically. Also a wide range of food and drink and charging points too.

One of my favourite lounges. Very spacious, always clean, plenty of delicious snacks and drinks, has lovely rooftop smoking area. Staff are amazing, very helpful, always looking out for customers. Toilets are clean as well. Highly recommend!
