Went there as a family of 5 ant the staff is probably the nicest I have ever seen in a airport lounge. Maybe not the greatest food variety but it is spotless and very pleasant. Once again shout out to the staff for looking after us extremely well. Will definitely be back!

Exceptional Service from Vaughan! I had a wonderful experience at the lounge thanks to Vaughan. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. He went out of his way to make sure everything was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. His warm attitude and genuine care made a long travel day so much better. It’s rare to meet someone who truly enjoys helping others — Vaughan is one of those people. Excellent service all around!

Had such a great time at the Avro Lounge today! Vaughan was an absolute star, super genuine, friendly, and made me feel really looked after. His hospitality honestly felt like something you’d get at a 5-star hotel. Also want to give a big shoutout to the lovely lady at the counter, she was so welcoming and went above and beyond to help out. Both of them made the experience fantastic from start to finish. Can’t recommend this lounge enough!
