The food good the staff great and really helpful I look lost as it was my first experience in a lounge and a young lady helped me and explained everything to me and help me get it really loved it

I had such a lovely time at the lounge in Gatwick South. The atmosphere was brilliant — calm, welcoming, and exactly what you need before a flight. The service was outstanding too. Kumba looked after us so well and was incredibly attentive throughout, making the whole experience feel special. A genuinely great place to relax, unwind, and feel taken care of before travelling. Highly recommend.
