The 5 stars are for the great service at reception for Gina and especially Jackie. Huge thanks to them on reception on the day Nothing like previous staff believe me. Jackie went especially out of her way to assist my wife and myself. Not sure who designed a lounge of approx 60sqm for an airport lounge that has millions of passengers a year. But it is Manchester airports management and planning 🧐🧐 But Jackie and Gina were exemplary ladies Thank you ladies. Looking forward to my next visit 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

Couldn’t have asked for much more! Dan and Jackie were so helpful and accommodating, especially with such a big group of us. They went out of their way to make sure we could all be seated together, which made the whole experience even better. Really appreciate how welcoming and helpful they were. Would definitely recommend!
