Dobrý den, jsou zde 2 salonky, popravdě, měl.jsem.je zadarmo, takže jsem byl rád i za to málo co poskytují, za mě výrazně lepší ten první, hned za první kontrolou, je zde voda, káva, čaj Sprite, cola, jídlo(polévka, těstoviny), zákusky , pohodlná křesla,ten druhý byl horší, poměrně propadlá křesla a pohovky, takže se na nich špatně sedí, zde jen voda, cola, Sprite. A nějaké suché pečivo, ale stále lepší než čekat na plechovém sedátku..

Ich unterscheide hier zwischen der Pearl lounge draußen und drinnen am Gate. Mithilfe unseres Amex Priority Pass wurden wir direkt an allen vorbei durch die Gepäck Kontrolle und allen anderen Warteschlangen kostenlos durchgeschleust was sensationell war. Nach der Gepäck Aufgabe haben wir dann die Lounge draußen besucht. Draußen war es noch OK. Es gab nicht viel Essensauswahl aber Getränke waren OK. Die Lounge war nicht groß aber für nen kurzen Aufenthalt OK. Anschließend hat man uns im VIP Stil wieder an allen vorbei an die Zoll Stelle und danach weiter durch die erneute Gepäck Kontrolle bis zum Gate geschleust. Von daher Service 1A! Jetzt das ABER: Die Pearl Lounge am Gate war überfüllt und besteht nur aus einem winzigen Raum nebst Vorraum mit Stehtisch. Es gab irgendwann keine Getränke mehr die ich dann. angefordert hatte damit wenigstens Wasser aufgefüllt wird. Die Toiletten waren schmutzig und es wurde dort geraucht! Ekelhaft! Der Mitarbeiter am Lounge Empfang war sehr demotiviert. Wir haben Gott sei Dank durch die Amex Karte nichts bezahlt. Andere Gäste haben sich beschwert, da sie extra Eintritt bezahlt hätten.
