This lounge is truly a step above the rest. The moment you walk in, you notice how wonderful it smells and how impeccably clean every area is maintained. What made my stay truly special, though, was the incredible hospitality. A huge thank you to Cha and Welfin—they were both so kind, welcoming, and attentive that they made me feel completely at home despite being at a busy airport. If you are passing through, I highly recommend stopping by. Thank you, Cha and Welfin, for making my travel day so relaxing!

My BFF, my family, and I never miss visiting the Primeclass Lounge in Madinah whenever we are here. One of the reasons that makes our visits so memorable is the wonderful Ghaida Al Sharif at the front desk. We first met her last year, and it was such a lovely surprise to meet her again today. She welcomed us once again with her warm and contagious smile. Ghaida’s dedication, professionalism, and loyalty to her company truly shine through in the way she welcomes and takes care of guests. She is undoubtedly a wonderful asset to the company. Keep up the excellent work, Ghaida! May God bless you always, and may you continue to bring warmth and happiness to everyone you meet. ❤️
