On the 21st September I decided to try the lounge facilities to see what was offered and I was welcomed by a very beautiful lady called Gabi. Her professionalism and warm welcome made me choose the Aspire lounge even though I had the full intention to go to plaza premium lounge and use their facilities. Her product knowledge and passion for what she does really showed and I was so impressed how when I left the lounge she bothered to remember my name and then proceeded by letting me know which gate I’d be boarding from. Thank you so much for giving me such a warm welcoming experience Gabi I’ll definitely be back. Keep shining and being the amazing human you are and keep up the good energy. Thank you ☺️☺️
