Bartender Haregewoin is a gem. I love sitting at the bar and she always takes good care of me. It is to the point that I am disappointed when I don't see her behind the bar. Not that the other bartenders don't do a good job, she is just exceptional at it.

Had a really great experience at the Escape Lounge at MSP. The lounge itself is comfortable, clean, and a great place to relax before a flight, but what really stood out was Tirhas. She has such a warm, positive energy and genuinely elevated the entire experience. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus when they truly care about making people feel welcome, and Tirhas absolutely does. Her friendliness, attitude, and presence made the lounge feel especially inviting. Employees like Tirhas are what turn a good experience into a memorable one. Huge shoutout to her. She is a real asset to this lounge.
