    Enjoyed this lounge, the scrambled eggs didn't seem to be made in-house, but other than that, everything was lovely.

    I had an absolutely exceptional experience this evening at the Amex Lounge on the domestic side of Montréal Airport. Giovanni and his entire crew were absolutely amazing. I have severe food allergies, and after spending the day travelling, I had been unable to eat at most of the airlines and airport restaurants because of my dietary restrictions. When we arrived in Montréal for our connection, I went to the Amex Lounge hoping I might be able to find something I could safely eat. Giovanni went far beyond what was expected of him to ensure that I was properly accommodated. He took the time to understand my allergies, personally helped find a solution, and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for. The food was not only safely prepared for my needs, but was genuinely delicious. After a long day of traveling (18 hours) and essentially being unable to eat, that meant more to me than I can adequately express. Exceptional service isn’t just about good food or a beautiful lounge. It’s about having someone take your individual needs seriously and going the extra mile to make you feel looked after. Giovanni and his staff absolutely did that. I am extending my sincere thanks and recognition to Giovanni and the entire team. They made a difficult travel day considerably better, and their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Amex, for having people like Giovanni representing your brand. It does not go unnoticed. ⭐

    Giovanni and the team were excellent. We observed patient customer service with customers, and the table service team was prompt, pleasant, and efficient. This is a newer lounge and like other PP lounges, a nice, quiet cozy lounge in an otherwise chaotic airport.
