    Not sure what all the fuss is about…for a priority pass lounge, there was zero wait (12PM international departure), food was to be expected from a lounge within the network, and the self serve beer/wine was nice. No complaints about the staff or cleanliness. Maybe I caught them on a good day.

    Leggo alcune recensioni molto severe sulla Pearl Lounge di Napoli e mi chiedo se chi le scrive abbia frequentato altre lounge europee non gestite direttamente da compagnie aeree. È vero che negli ultimi tempi la qualità di alcuni prodotti del buffet è leggermente diminuita, ma bisogna anche riconoscere gli aspetti positivi: la lounge è stata ampliata, gli spazi sono più confortevoli e raramente ho trovato code particolarmente lunghe all’ingresso. Per quanto riguarda l’affollamento, non credo sia corretto attribuirne la responsabilità alla gestione della lounge. L’aeroporto di Napoli è sempre più frequentato e la diffusione dei Priority Pass tramite alcune carte di credito ha aumentato notevolmente il numero degli accessi. Frequento questa lounge da anni e la mia esperienza è stata quasi sempre positiva. Proprio questa mattina ho chiesto la stampa di un documento e la disponibilità di pane senza glutine al buffet: entrambe le richieste sono state soddisfatte con estrema cortesia, efficienza e attenzione verso il cliente. Il personale si è dimostrato professionale e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere l’attesa del volo piacevole e rilassante. Nel complesso, considero ancora la Pearl Lounge un luogo confortevole dove attendere partenza all’aeroporto di Napoli.
