I am a frequent traveler through Delhi airport T3 and I always stop by encalm. Today when I went to the bathroom, it was the cleanest I have seen in years. I met a lady in there who takes care of the bathrooms and keeps them very clean. Her name is Suman. She said she works 9 hours a day and she does her job with the best of her ability. I hope this review helps her in anyways possible.

I would like to sincerely appreciate Lucky Kumari for her excellent service at the Encalm Lounge terminal 3, IGI AIRPORT IN DOMESTIC DEPARTURE. She was extremely polite, welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. Lucky made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and handled everything with a warm and positive attitude. Her communication skills, helpful nature, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. She made my lounge experience smooth, pleasant, and memorable. Lucky Kumari is a great example of outstanding guest service and professionalism. I highly appreciate her efforts and would be happy to receive such wonderful service again.

Nice lounge, even with all the people that visit it is still calm and somehow quite enough to have a relaxing time before your flight. It's located very close to the security check point that may be a little of an issue if you have a departure from Gate 43 like. They have a reserved area for AMEX clients, that make it easier to find a sit. The food is good, the beverage assortment is nice too and service is kind. I recommend the Encalm Lounge if you need to wind down before your next flight.
