I recently visited PAGS Premium Lounge sa Puerto Princesa International Airport, at sobrang ganda ng experience ko. I don’t have a membership so I opted for walk-in which is PHP600 only. Mula pagpasok ko, sobrang accommodating agad ng staff. Tahimik at maaliwalas din ang lounge, kaya sobrang okay siya as a place to stay in while waiting for your flight. Food is great though medyo limited ang option. All in all, you get what you paid for. It’s a great experience and will visit again soon.

I had an excellent experience during check-in .The staff were warm, professional, and very attentive from the moment I arrived. The process was smooth and efficient, with minimal waiting time, which made everything stress-free. I also enjoyed the selection of light meals offered—they were fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. Even though they were simple, the quality and taste exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated how my coffee request was handled promptly—the staff served it quickly and exactly to my preference, which added a nice personal touch to the experience. I truly appreciated how the team assisted me with a friendly attitude and ensured all my needs were met. The welcoming atmosphere and high level of service set a great tone for my journey. Overall, the check-in experience exceeded my expectations and reflected outstanding customer service.❤️❤️❤️❤️
