Would like to thank Fahad Abdullah at Hayyak Terminal 5, King Khaled International Airport, Riyadh. Your support, Fahad, was great and exceeded any expectations. I had a tough time when I discovered that my mobile was left in the limo and the flight was about to board. I had no way to speak with the driver. I stepped in Hayyak looking for help and getting WiFi access for my laptop to communicate with the limo driver. Fahad stepped in and offered to call my mobile using his mobile and offered to go and collect from T5 Departure entrance. Fahad was calm and supportive and stepped out of core responsibilities and supported a passenger who really needed help. Thank you, Fahad, Abdullah for exceeding all expectations and being a true great model for future leaders. Hayyak is my favorite lounge.... Great Staff, Great Lounge
