Was a very pleasant experience before our flight. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they knew how to prioritize eligible passengers during the busy period, which made the arrival process much smoother. The lounge is spacious, comfortable and well organized, located in the non-Schengen area near gates E51–E61. It offers a good environment in which to wait for a flight, with coffee, food and beverages available, as well as good-quality bathrooms. It is a very convenient option for eligible LATAM passengers in Terminal 3 and made our time at the airport much more comfortable.

The lounge is spacious, but because it accepts both airline business class passengers and Priority Pass, seating can be quite limited during peak hours. The food is standard with an average taste, though there is a good variety available. Staff members provide lovely and great service. You can order hot coffee directly from the staff, and alcoholic beverages are available. The lounge is clean and beautifully decorated, equipped with power outlets, restrooms, and shower facilities.

Not sure why the rating is so low. It’s a nice lounge. Clean and quiet. Reception is friendly and food is healthy. Not too oily or salty.
