We had a long wait in the Santiago airport. When we entered the Sala VIP lounge we were greeted warmly by Anna T. Traveling can be frustrating and it’s nice to have somebody so kind and helpful to greet you and assist you. Thank you, Anna!!

Eine wirklich sehr angenehme Lounge! Man kann hier vor dem Abflug in ruhiger und entspannter Atmosphäre die Zeit verbringen, fernab vom Trubel des Terminals. Das Personal ist sehr serviceorientiert und freundlich, und die Auswahl an Snacks und Getränken ist sehr groß, um sich entspannt zu stärken. Wir sind von SCQ nach FRA mit LH1111 am 16.08.2026 geflogen und waren von der Lounge begeistert. Absolut empfehlenswert, um die Wartezeit in Santiago angenehm zu überbrücken! Für die Größe des Flughafens einfach fabelhaft. Vielen Dank!

Ways a nice quiet lounge A little open plan for my liking compared to say maltas lounge but its comfortable and quiet Staff are polite Food i didnt have much but looks good Using again next week and looking forwars to it

This is much better than a majority of the airport lounges we have visited recently in the US. Good selection of fresh food which is continually refreshed as required. Nice drink variety and friendly service. Comfortable chairs and quite clean. Good place to spend an hour instead of waiting by a gate
