We use the spitfire lounge on our regularly visits to Southamton airport. A small airport, it features a small but comfortable lounge with excellent drinks selection and more limited food choices. This lounge stands out for the consistently kind and friendly service of Kimberley who is always so welcoming and hard working.

Spent a couple of hours in the spitfire lounge ahead of our flight and Niah made the experience really great. An amazingly warm welcome; very attentive and while small, a great selection of fresh food and a really great selection of drinks to choose from. Thanks Niah

First time using the lounge on the way to Palma and we had an amazing experience. The host w Niah was friendly and welcoming and a brilliant host offering drinks and food. It was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed the few hours we spent there before our flight. It was a peaceful and calm place away from the hustle and bustle of the main airport. We were really impressed with how Niah welcomed everyone and worked really hard to get everyone what they wanted. Would definitely do it again.

This is my 5th visit in short succession and each time I have been greated with a warm welcome. The food is great factored against reducing waste. The drinks are great and the small nibbles. Yes its not the BA lounge in Terminal 5. This is a small regional airport lounge and we need to remember that. The staff always go that extra mile and for that I am grateful. Regards Alisdair Hayes.
