Landside - Before passport control and security check, proceed towards the Information Counter which is located near the main exit of the Airport where the Arrival and Departure points are situated. Take the stairs or escalator to Level 1 where the Lounge is located.

機場好細，早左嚟。點知check in好快手，嚟左lounge, 雖然唔大，三文治獨立包裝，方便拎上機。食左個飯，幾好味。

1st time using the Sky Lounge inside the departure hall at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport. The lounge is new and conveniently located just near the boarding gate. When I was in the lounge, the screw of my spectacles nose pad came off. The staff, Ms Oormila is very helpful offering bring my spectacles to the optical shop before the immigration check point to fix for me. Got it fix just before my boarding. Well done on impeccable service by Ms Oormila exceeded expectation.
