I just want to say thank you to Saahi and the staff at this lounge. A few days ago, my wife had a medical emergency that we were not expecting during a trip from phl to Dublin. Nausea set in and then a kidney stone. They were so kind and helpful and, it was so appreciated. We ended up spending three nights in Toronto plus an ER visit. The highlight was just the staff here. Of note, we were not on a KLM flight but we were flying AA and Aerlingus (the latter could not have been less helpful with respect to bag location and cancel/rebooking, etc). Thanks, KLM lounge and see you today for a Bloody Mary or two!
