Hey so why are we complaining about it being self-serve? It’s a self-serve open bar… who doesn’t want to go behind the bar to get their own drink? And we’re in Zimbabwe! Get real, this is great.

Make a left at the top of the escalator/ stairs past Immigration/passport control) as if you're heading to gates 7-9. I stopped at Pearl lounge first and it was pitiful - one banana, two dried sandwich bites, dried pasta and rice. I asked the young lady at the check-in desk if they had more fruit, and while she was amenable, the young woman she called was clearly resistant. We voided my check-in and I came here, which was a much better choice with snacks, whole fruit, chicken wings, cereal, muffins, coffee, tea, etc.). Kimberly was extremely professional, kind, and genuinely pleasant. I was able to relax well here before my flight.
