I had a great experience at Sleepover Terminal! Diana and Daniel were absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. They made the stay comfortable and pleasant, and were always happy to assist. Thank you both for the great service! I would definitely recommend Sleepover Terminal.

⭐️Booked the wrong Sleepover, but was handled perfectly by the receptionist⭐️ My husband and I booked Sleepover in Terminal 1, but our flight is Emirates which is in Terminal 3. Prior to that, we have asked the GPT and it said it’s perfectly fine. By the time we wanted to go to accommodation area in Terminal 1, the security said we’re not allowed to enter because of out flight was in Terminal 1. We went to the Sleepover receptionist Terminal 3 and he said that it’s possible to change Sleepover location (we have to pay additional because of Terminal 3 costs more expensive compared Terminal 1). He coordinated with Sleepover Terminal 1 quickly, and … we could rest and sleep here. Thumbs up for the excellent service Sleepover!
