A beautiful lounge in the hotel lobby. Very comfortable armchairs and excellent, attentive service. A great place to relax with some nice drinks. I didn't have any food there.

We went to the Sphere Lounge as I have some lounge passes through my American Express account. It was so difficult to find though, and the signage was impossible. Kuala Lumpur airport is so difficult to navigate around anyway, but we didn't actually know that the Sphere Lounge is part of the Sama Sama hotel. Once we realised, as we were walking towards the hotel, we got there, and one of the guys at the concierge desk was attentive, and helpful with answering any questions we may have had - and kept our bags behind the desk. At the bar, with our priority pass, we were given 3 complimentary beers each, as well as 2 tapas dishes each. They were really good , and definitely needed whilst waiting for our flight.
