I cannot recommend Steven and the team at Ambassador Transit Lounge enough! During a quick stopover to take a shower, I accidentally left behind a piece of jewelry that is deeply precious and invaluable to me—my very prized ring. Panicking after realizing I had lost it, I was overwhelmed, but Steven went above and beyond to help. Even when he couldn't immediately locate us in the lounge, he personally ensured that my ring was kept completely safe and in good hands until we were reconnected. His honesty, extraordinary attentiveness, and exceptional hospitality turned what could have been a heartbreaking experience into a total relief. Thank you so much to Steven for his integrity and remarkable service. If you are stopping by Changi, you are truly in the best hands here!
