The staff is very helpful and friendly Food is standard with less variety; menu never change but love the brownie here Ambient is good - pls try to avoid the morning peak hours

They are undergoing maintenance, so the shower rooms are unavailable and we need to use outside toilet. BUT The staff are doing their best, and super attentive. I'm using priority pass, and the complementary full size hot food & beer are quite worth it. The vegan dim sum is sooo tasty and light on the stomach.

Very good option to kill time if you are earlier at the airport. Food options are limited but enough. Friendly staff and comfy seats.

If you have priority pass, you get one free meal and one free beer. Your flight has to be within 24 hours. They have free sodas, coffee and small sandwiches and muffins, etc… if you are staying at the Crown Plaza hotel the night before your flight and have priority pass, definitely head here to see the insane mall and awesome waterfall but to eat dinner on your membership.
