Really enjoyed my time here before my flight! The food selection was impressive, and I especially enjoyed the hot food and freshly prepared options. The space was comfortable and the service was efficient and welcoming. Definitely a nice way to start the trip.

My parents, my brother and I recently transited through Changi on our way from Chennai to Fiji. It was a hard trip. My dad had just had hip surgery and my mum was recovering from a knee operation, so a long journey was never going to be easy for them. We'd like to thank Angelita Yep for the care she showed our family. She noticed straight away that my parents needed extra help, before we even asked. My mum's leg was badly swollen after the flight, and Angelita came up with a clever fix: she filled a glove with ice and gave it to her to bring the swelling down. That small, thoughtful act made a huge difference to my mum's comfort for the rest of the journey. Angelita went above and beyond to make sure both my parents were comfortable, settled and looked after the whole time we were in the lounge. Her kindness took so much stress off my brother and me, and it meant the world to us. Service like this is rare. Angelita is a credit to SATS, and because of her, our family will choose the SATS Premier Lounge every time we travel through Changi. Thank you, Angelita!

We were able to access the SATS Lounge using our DragonPass membership while traveling to the Philippines for a vacation. What I really liked about the lounge is how quiet and spacious it is, so it’s a nice place to relax before your flight. They also have a good variety of food, including rice, eggs, and bread. It’s actually a great option if you’re traveling with a toddler and want to have breakfast before your flight. There are also plenty of drinks available, including coffee, juice, and even liquor. It’s definitely a privilege to have access to a lounge like this. I’ll definitely come back if I get the chance. Highly recommended! ✈️
