  I absolutely adore this place! I travel through CMH several times a year, and this place has never disappointed. I’m often not at the airport long enough to justify the day pass price (I was historically a 15 minutes minutes before gate doors close kind of girl) but my most recent visit had me saw me fall back in love with it all over again, in a very large part because of it’s first rate staff. Of all the lounges I’ve visited throughout the world, I personally feel the one has been top three in the service department. It’s not just a matter of customer service, but the staff I’ve engaged with here have all been genuinely delightful, helpful, and all around good humans. From a price perspective, if you consider the minimum 30 dollars you’re bound to spend here on a single sub-par meal and drink at the other airport vendors, the price point here suddenly becomes a no brainer when you throw in the comfy seating, fast internet, not-too-shabby light buffet (not Michelin-rated by any means but certainly better than 90% of the other stuff at CMH), and unlimited wet bar and espresso drinks if you intend to spend north of an hour and a half in the terminal lobby. The consideration can be how crowded it can get at peak periods, but that can be sidestepped with simple planning and pre-booking if that’s a true concern. Big big BIG shout out to Jerri and Gideon (and the 10/5/26 team)! Thanks to them I’ll be thinking a lot more carefully before passing up a chance to stop in when I’m in Columbus. Thanks guys!

  While waiting for my flight back to San Francisco, I came to the Escape lounge in CMH Columbus airport, I received the most amazing service from my Host Suzie. Her hospitality was unmatched. Hopefully we meet again.

  I had a wonderful experience at the Escape Lounge, and I especially want to recognize Suzi for her exceptional service. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and friendly, and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. I would absolutely recommend the Escape Lounge, and Suzi deserves special recognition for making my visit so pleasant. Thank you, Suzi!
