A very relaxed lounge with one of the most scrumptious foods you can ever find at a South African airport. I love going to this lounge and always looking forward to their lovely food, also to top it all off their staff is amazingly very down to earth. Highly recommended to anyone travelling at OR Tambo airport.

As a frequent traveller who passes through JNB at least twice a year, the Bidvest Premier Lounge as become an essential and comforting rest stop for me. After enduring a long international flight, arriving here before my final domestic connection is like reaching an oasis in a desert! What truly elevates this lounge beyond just a comfortable space is the outstanding hospitality. Every time I arrive, I am greeted by the friendly and familiar face of Donald, the attentive host of the Bidvest Premier Lounge. His consistent professionalism, warmth, and dedicated service over the past couple of years have made each transit experience seamless and welcoming. Beyond his daily excellence, Donald and the team’s true character shone through during a critical moment on one of my visits. Shortly after making it into the lounge, I fainted. Donald and the team jumped into action immediately, treating me with care, and compassion when I was at my most vulnerable. Management should be incredibly proud to have someone of Donald’s calibre representing the brand. I highly recommend this lounge to any traveller looking for great amenities and the best of South African hospitality.

A lovely airport lounge that is clean, comfortable and very well stocked. There was a good selection of food and refreshments, and everything was well presented. A great place to relax and unwind before a flight.

Amazing lounge! We had a 4 hour layover and this was the perfect resting stop. James at the bar knows how to make a mean old fashion. The food was delicious, with a wide variety to offer. Plenty of comfy seating and cozy nooks.
