Probably one of the best airport lounges I have been in, food was top quality (full English) plenty of branded drinks to choose from and tea, coffee and juice too, very clean and comfortable with aircon, toilets just outside the door and the staff were fantastic, smiling and chatting to customers. I thought the price was very reasonable compared to other lounges in other airports.

Absolutely lovely staff. Very welcoming. Food and environment great. Staff asked me if I had any dietary needs. I have coeliac and they helped me thoroughly. Explained many options and have dietary information about the foods they provide. They even went out of their way to cook gluten free toastie. Very helpful staff and such a lovely experience.

This is one of the best lounges I’ve been in for attentiveness they are very good at what they do I was very happy to be there and will continue to use this airport lounge. Many thank you all you wonderful people working there .

Denise in the lounge was SO lovely, SO attentive and SO helpful - not only made our lounge experience but really boosted my opinion of the whole airport!!

What a great little find! Never flown from Southend and was pleasantly surprised. Lounge is small but we had a great time. The service was fantastic, Dennise, Terri and Michelle couldn’t do more for us! Made us a grazing board, kept replenishing the food and drinks were flowing the whole time. Such great value for money and a brilliant start to our holiday! Couldn’t praise the 3 ladies more they were great!!
