Thank you to our lovely host Hadeya for her gracious hospitality. My flight was delayed for more than two hours, and was glad to have this comfortable lounge to work and get refreshed. Some of the other lounges at the airport don’t have windows or natural light, but the best part of the Marhaba lounge is natural sunlight from the large windows. There was a good selection of hot food, salads, desserts and beverages — more than adequate for a quick bite before flying. Thank you.

Since I was last here the operators gave refurbished. Gone is the pokey glassed off lounge area at the far end. It gas been replaced with a lovely open area..there is now a large stool seating area running down the middle. Much better. Usual facilities, phone charging wi fi etc..food was good, staff friendly. Just a note of caution..during high season it can get jammed and you can often be subjected to people at the reception area trying to argue their way in causing big delays...not this time though...full marks.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was great with plenty of choices, and the service was exceptional. I’d love to have access to this lounge every time I’m at Melbourne Airport. The team were very cooperative — though I was charged $15 for a shower even with a Dragon Pass entry. I believe showers should be included, but it was only a small extra cost anyway.

If I can give 10 stars, I will give all of them to Marhaba Lounge. Very amazing service and I can’t thank them enough for their services. So I booked the lounge for my mom, and this is her first ever travel overseas, alone and her English also not perfect! But the team at Marhaba Lounge really kind and help her with everything, and even help her to the gate to get the boarding pass! Amazing team and amazing service. Highly recommended and I will use Marhaba Lounge every time travel or transit at Melbourne Airport!
